Kubota b5200 turning over, but not starting

Hi everyone, i’m the new owner of a used Kubota 5200. It’s in pretty good shape with only 300 hours. It was working great. I’m an idiot and when I parked the tractor, I left the ignition turned to the right with the glow plugs on. 3 days later, no start. The battery was pretty dead and so I tried jumping it and it turns over but the tractor does not start. The battery is only 2021 but it’s charging really slow and so I’m gonna replace that first. If this doesn’t work, where do I go to next? Do I change the glow plugs or the glow plug indicator? If I have to change the glow plug indicator, how the hell do I even get to the back of it? Any help is appreciated.

I believe on the the B5200 machines the glow plugs are activated by turning the key counterclockwise (spring loaded). From your description, I don't think the glow plugs are an issue. The glow indicator may also be a coil type element that just turns red from resistance. That's how my previous B8200 operated from many years ago (I think).
Perhaps you just need to replace the battery, or at least load test it, and pre heat by rotating the key backwards (if my memory is correct on that).

Make sure the fuel shut off valve is pushed "in" to start, usually a red knob below the key switch, then turn the key counter clockwise for 20-30 seconds (ignore the glow indicator for now) see if it starts!
