Kubota B6100 crankcase capacity

Just changed the oil in a new to me B6100, went to tractor data and it said 4.1 qts, chahged the filter and poured in a gallon, checked the oil level and it is way above full, is this the proper amount for this tractor.

My book also says 4.1qts for the 3 cylinder motor. Maybe you didn't get it all out?
