Kubota B7100
Hello,

I have a 1994 Kubota B7100 HST 4x4 with a Woods DuAll 145 front loader. It also has a 7 ft back blade and a middle buster as attachments. 17hp 3 cyl diesel engine with 1300 hours. Mid and rear PTO. In great shape. I'm looking to get rid of it but an wondering what you all think is a fair price to ask and what the least that I should take is? I'm new to the tractor world and this unit was inherited.

Check the going prices on that model at TractorHouse.com here: http://www.tractorhouse.com/list/list.aspx?Manu=KUBOTA&MDLGrp=B7100

I've seen 2 or 3 of them around here for sale for $4k - $5k with a belly mower but no FEL. With the FEL and rear implements, I'd probably ask $6k - $6.5k and somewhere between $5k and $5.5k would be my bottom line. It's really hard to find a tractor with a FEL for $5k, so someone WILL come along that wants one and has a limited budget and appreciates that the little B7100 will do a lot more work than its size would lead you to believe. And don't fall for any sob stories. Some flipper will come along and try to buy it for $2,500 and will turn around and list it on Craigslist for $6,500.

Not far from you. Paid $5900 for a 1996 Kubota B1750 HST 4x4 (very comparable to yours) in January with just the factory Kubota FEL, I think LA300. Was going to be listed by dealer for $6995 but I caught it before it went through the shop and got marked up accordingly.

Mine had 1207 hours so very comparable to yours. I think Poopdeck Pappy is on point with the pricing he gave you.

Yours is 16 HP, mine is 20, they are great tractors and workhorses.

The attachments are pretty basic, TSC sells middle busters for @ $200 new and rear blades for $300-400 new so not sure if they add much to the deal unless someone wants them specifically. The real value is the tractor and front loader. You might do well to separate them out from the sale. Kind of like cameras or guns -- accessories mean different things to different people. A Leupold scope probably won't add much to the price of a Remington 700, but the scope alone might sell for $200.

In my area, a decent Kubota with a FEL would sell in a day or two for $5000-6000. There were none around when I considered buying a used tractor many years ago.
