Price Check Kubota B7100 what's it worth?

I have a Kubota B7100HST I will be selling and have no idea of what is a fair price to ask for it. I have owned it from brand new and it has just shy of 1200 hours. Maintenance has been done on schedule and I have never had a problem with the tractor. It has always been parked in the garage and it is in very good condition including the tires and there are no fluid leaks. I just had it to the dealers for replacement of all fluids and filters, a new alternator belt and a new exhaust. I have also replaced the seat as the old one was cracked. I will be selling it with a Kubota 60" mid mount mower and a Kubota 50" front mount snow blower, both in very good condition. When I asked the Kubota sales person, he thought I could get about $6,000 for the whole package. When I talked with the service guy he offered me $3,200.
Anyone recently bought or sold something similar?
Opinions on what I should expect to get for it?

May depend on the year of yours? Tractordata.com says they were made from 1977-1997. Tractorhouse.com has several that range from 2900-7500 without attachments. Check their site for something comparable. I'm guessing yours was built in the late 90's so 6K with attachments would be a fair price.

Two years ago now I sold a B7100 HST w/4wd and a front loader for $3500 no other implements. I had gone through and diassembled the sheet metal and loader and painted it all. I also replaced all of the tires, hydrauilc hoses, and radiator hoses, and the seat. I think the economy night have been a little more depressed then than now but I had expected to get $5000 for it considering the condition.
