Hello All, i have just brought a Kubota B7100D, which has as front and rear loader fitted, the front loader has a manufactures plate on it that reads :- Brantley Mfg.Co. P.O.Box 187. Frederick. Oklahoma. 73542.
Series SL500
Serial No SL00180

The rear loader, has no plate visible on it, but on the arm you can just make out painted over part transfers which read i think

B
M * LD6 the star looks like a picture of the sun
C

I think its the same make as the fel as it all fits to the same frame work on the tractor, and the back hoe is not conected to the 3pt linkage.

if it is anyone know if they are still in business and where i might get parts manuels from, or any other information, gladly recived on them, thanks.

Welcome to TBN. I used to have a B7100 with the Kubota loader, but no back-hoe. I can't say I ever heard of that brand, but what kind of parts do you think you might need?

Got any pics? Where are you located? I have the same tractor with a 'Kubota' loader that was made by a third party company... not sure if it is the one yours is made by though, will have to look at that plate.

Hello, Chalz and Da Teacha.

thanks for your replies, dont really need anything yet just being prepared, a couple of the rams are leaking but nothing to worry about yet, I am in Bulgaria, not any Kubota dealers hear that i have found as yet, the nearest i know is in germany 2 days drive away, but they only seem to do kubota parts, will keep looking someone somewhere must do them.
regards john

You kind of have to wonder how a backhoe made in Oklahoma to fit a tractor made in Japan ended up in Bulgaria when the items in question are about 25 years old.

Yeah, I know, by boat and truck, but what circumstances had to come together to make it all happen?

I would think the cylinders on the loader would be in inches... any good hydraulic shop could put together a packing kit for it but finding the right o-rings and whatnot might be tricky in a metric world. Not sure about the hoe, could be metric or inch based.

Actually I just did a quick search on 'LD6' and 'backhoe' which turned up some threads here and there. Looks like BMC is Brantley Manufacturing Co. and the LD6 is the model. So the hoe is made by the same people that made the loader. Some pics of someone else's LD6 here:

And an old thread on YTmag that says Brantely was bought out by Ameriquip.

Amerequip:
Tractor Attachments by Amerequip Corporation
Might try contacting them but I am sure any info on the hoe or loader is long gone.
