Price Check Kubota B7100hst 4wd price as is

I have a Kubota B7100hst 4wd this tractor runs but the water pump is no good for 5 yrs this unit was held up in a court battle that was recently resolved. the tractor itself was not the issue it was a property dispute and the tractor unfortunately was considered property. While the tractor sat the person responsible for lawn care had a problem with water pump and took it upon himself to try to repair it and failed he got as far as taking the front apart got to water pump and that’s it. Never got the pump off the tractor and I have all the nuts bolts and parts he removed in a safe place and it is all there. I have since bought a new tractor and I do not have need for this unit anymore I was wondering what the as is price on this unit would be or if I should have it repaired then sell it?
It is about 25 yrs old, garage kept , 60 inch mower deck, three point hitch that I have used the same attachments on my M59 It will start but being the water pumps bad I will only run it a minute or so to move outta my way.
Any help would be appreciated I am new here but hope I can help others in the future.

Those were wonderful tractors. Well worth repairing to keep, but in today's world even the simplest repairs cost too much.
With a mower, 4wd, but no loader - I would guess the price running to be $3300. Half to two-thirds that for current condition.
If it were in my power I'd just fix it up and enjoy it. Perhaps you should consider the same?

I should have added I have my eye on a 2017 Kubota ZD1500 zero turn mower.... I have a 5 yr old Husqvarna rz4623 that I spend more time under than I spend on it Mowing

If I'm a buyer, the as is risk is -$700 not knowing if that is all that is really wrong. Looks like you can get a water pump on ebay for $38. I'd say fix it for a little and sell a nice running tractor.

I thought the B7100 was thermosiphon- no water pump. Messicks' parts diagram for the new model B7100HST does not show a water pump.

Last year I sold my early 1990s B7100HST with about 1100 hours on it, plus box blade and 42" rotary cutter, for the asking price of $7500. Given the number of calls and emails I got I could have gotten a little more. Yours has better looking paint under the dirt, but has turf tires instead of the ag tires mine had.

Mine doesn't have a water pump either, just a whistle that blows when it get too hot!

My B7100 doesn’t have a water pump. I’d fix the tractor. Probably wouldn’t cost a couple hundred dollars tops for a water pump if it actually has one. I’d guess it’s worth 3-3.5k in running condition.

Clean up and running right 4k to 5k...change thermostat clean outside and flush inside radiator also air cleaner.

Ya, fix it. If it's not repaired, I'm wondering blown head gasket, cracked head, or ???
