I have the opportunity to buy a Kubota B7510 with a 60 inch mowing deck and a front end loader. With 135 hours on it. Not sure of the year, or how the tires are, but they are asking $13,000 for it. Its from a private party, and in good conditions. Is this a good Tractor, Price and Hours?

I will be using it for mainly cutting grass, (Less than 5 acres) snow removal, and doing jobs around the house.
No commercial use.

I found a few post about this tractor, but I want a some more infomation.

Any comment will be helpful. Thanks

Welcome to TBN.

First, 135 hours is quite low. The tractor is more or less new.

How old is it? Is there still part of the warenty left?

Where do you live (fill out your profile). This affects price quite a nit.

Are you sure this is the tractor you want?

Finally, I would reccommend you go to a local Kubota dealer a and price out a new tractor just like it and see what the difference is.

I will be using it in Northern Pennsylvania. The Land is pretty flat there, except for around the pond.

I am looking for dealers too, But I just wanted real peoples opinions.

Thanks for your responds Cliff. Any more questions, Just ask.

Very Nice Site, and sorry for posting in the wrong form.

Last May I bought a new B7510HST with the LA302 FEL for $12,600 plus sales tax ($10,000 for the tractor, $2,600 for the FEL) from my local Kubota dealer. It has 4WD and power steering also.

HST is the hydrostatic transmission. It adds about $1K to the price. compared to a tractor with a gear-type transmission. Check this out on the one you're interested. If it's an HST, you'll see "HSD" (hydrostatic drive) on the hood. Check out if the tractor has 4WD and power steering.

Don't know what a MMM is worth these days since I don't own one.

Ask the seller if he bought it new and date of purchase to get an idea of how quickly he put the 135 hours on it.

Also ask to see his maintenance log. He should have done the 50 hour and 100 hour servicing. That includes changing the engine oil (10W30 or 10W40), replacing the transmission/hydraulic fluid at 50 hours and replacing the gear oil in the front axle at 50 hours.

My guess is that if it has HST, 4WD, power steering, FEL and MMM, the tractor cost about $14.5K new. Looks like the seller's willing to deal at about 10% below this price, which is reasonable for a slightly used Kubota.

That's a great tractor for mowing. I would think the price should be a bet better. Kubota has 0 percent for a while maybe take a look at a new one. Makesure that's the tractor you want

I just bought a brand new 7510hst with 302 fel and the 54"mmm with industrial tires. Paid $13,500 in NJ.
Hope this helps in your decision making.
Happy New Year!!

Gymmy23,
I took delivery this afternoon of my 7510 turf special with a 302 loader, 60" deck and Turf Tires. I paid less than that delivered. Roork in NJ is the dealer, I am between Lancaster and Philly. Tractor came setup and adjusted perfectly, everything smooth. A terrific experience dealing with these guys. You can get the ground engaging deck for about a grand more, but personally couldn't see the point as the TS was such a good deal.....only drawback is no drink holder. Hope this helps.
