Price Check Kubota B7610 with attachments

Hi all,
My neighbor is selling his Kubota B7610, 4x4, HST, with 226 hours for 15K. The going rate for comparable machines in my area seems to be around 9k-9.5K with FEL.
The extra expense is for all the stuff that goes with it. I has a FEL, 48" brush cutter, box scraper, chipper, rototiller, rake, The thing that looks like chain link fence that you drag around, Auger with 3 different sized augers. A box full of maintenance tools, Diesel storage tank and several 5 gal diesel fuel cans. All look to be in good condition (dusty but dry) stored inside.
Does the price seem reasonable for the tractor, attachments and accessories? I am a newb so if I have not included pertinent info, let me know and I will try to find it. Thanks.

It looks like a good deal to me, but I am no expert. The tractor has low hours, my B7510 has about 525 hrs, and that is quite an assortment of attachments. If they were all purchased new good chance they have very little use, and low hours, my rough total on the attachments is about 8-10K.
Looks like a bargain.

I appreciate your input. He purchased all the stuff new. Only item that appears to have had any real use is the brush mower.

It's an OK deal if you can use all those implements and accessories, but you can do better if you have a more focused usage in mind, and can pay less for just what you need and maybe go newer.

Two big variables are the chipper and tiller.
Chippers can vary from $1K to $4K new. Tillers from about $1K to $3K new.

I have a semi developed 5 acre parcel that could use some brush clearing and another 15 acre undeveloped parcel that needs same brush clearing and dirt work. I think I will use most of the attachments. I do see my self wanting/needing the backhoe for some trench digging but not much more than that. How much is knowing the history and prior owner worth?

WHOA!! Where did the backhoe come from? That makes it worthwhile by itself.

/edit - if you were in Washington, DC instead of Washington state I would have offered to buy it tonight!

Oops,
I meant a back hoe is one attachment I would like but is not part of the package.
