Unit runs fine cutting grass for a about a half hour then loses power, almost unable to move.

After a "rest" the unit works again and the cycle repeats.

Any Ideas???

Is it missing out, RPM's dropping?

I noticed that on my old B8200. They are pretty much same tractor, but B9200 has a litle bigger motor.

I'm thinking it is getting warm...

With mine, I would mow for about an hour, take a break, and clean the radiator screen. Then clean off the hydro oil cooler, and make sure the grill is cleaned of chafe. I also emptied the air filter dust cap frequently.

Before and after mowing, I used compressed air to blow dust ect out of the radiator fins and the hydro cooler fins.

Becuase of this, I also kept the radiator coolant changed yearly.

GREAT tractors, but I do not think they had the best cooling and dust handling for the motors.

In addition to that mentioned by RobertN, I would clean/replace fuel filters.

Where is the Hydro oil cooler screen?

Change the fuel filter(s). Heat should not make it loose power.

After going through the many "fixes" on this forum (pulled and cleaned fuel tank, drain fuel lines and replace rubber tubing, check injectors, check fuel pumps, replace fuel filter) my B9200 continued to surge after about 20' running and lose power. I finally drained the tank and fuel lines again and added new deisel fuel. The engine immediately ran perfectly and has been fine ever since. Don't overlook the easy fixes first. I could have saved myself many hours of work if I had just replaced the fuel first. I still don't understand why it took 20' of running before the loss of power occurred. Bad fuel is bad fuel and should have caused the power loss as soon as the engine was started. However, contaminated diesel fuel was what my problem was.
