kubota BH75 bucket spool valve leak

i am having problems with my bucket spool valve leaking hyd fluid out the top of the valve the top plate that goes around the shaft is bending up and letting the dust seal and the o ring move out of place and the dealer said that i might be doing it quote shock load to the valve i dont see how i am doing it ? is any one else having this problem ?
