I figured the Kubota would have similar flow given it's a similar size.
It'll be easier to figure out how to tie into your hydraulics then trying to create essentially a new hydraulic system.
Once you understand how a hydraulic system works you'll see it's not a big deal.
If a rear remote kit is\was an option at some point it's worth looking to see if you can get that as it'll greatly simplify things for you. I'd start researching that. And yes it would be a great option for other implements down the road.
Definitely tie into the loader frame. Take care on where you tie into the rest of the tractor. Look for a point that's designed to take a lot of stress. And make sure you don't create a load or force that that point isn't designed to take. Try to spread the load over various points.
Backhoes create a huge force and that goes back thru the tractor so it's crucial to make sure you don't load up one spot as that will become the weak link and break.
