Plas-T-Pair is the best plastic glue/filler I have ever used. It has (plastic) powder and industrial grade solvent that you mix together. It starts as a creamy liquid (gluing) and starts to thicken over a few minutes to a milkshake to a putty to rock hard. I think it is the strong solvent component that makes this work.
