It took me over 2 years to finally get a BX2751. I roamed Ebay/craigs list/local papers then one day I seen 2 on Ebay a little over a month ago. One in west Virginia an other in Ohio. both around $400 when first listed I think. Went to bid but the one from west Virginia sold at a make offer price (if I remember correctly) an the one in Ohio didn't sell. So I emailed the guy from Ohio an he sold it to me for $375 an it came to $460 shipped to my door. Moral of the story keep an eye out for them as you will stumble upon one sooner then later. I also tried multiple times at my dealer for a used one but as soon as they get one on a trade in there was a list of people that wanted them. The blades are just as hard to come by also that's why I made one myself .Check my posts as I only had $75 in it with steel/pins an bushings/cutting edge/paint. Perks of working at a welding shop for lots of years.lol
If you are handy an have a welder/torch/drill press you can build the quick hitch for under $100 with the 1/2"-3/8"-1/4" steel needed + pins and bushings - the cylinder. Local scrap yards are filled with new scrap steel. My local one sells any type of steel weather it be plate/round stock/bushing material/flat stock/channel for only 30 cents a pound and the quick hitch is only 86lbs shipping weight with the cylinder an hoses. I would of built one but I didn't have one to get any measurements from. But NOW I do...

Thanks. I ended up buying a new one from my local dealer. Like you I do have the tools and equipment to fabricate one but needed to copy one first. I am also in the middle of some major home renovations and on top of that it is winter now. I was lucky to find the mid PTO kit and I got a very good deal on an blower in great shape. Just have to install Saturday and I am good to go.
