Looks good. I do it a little differently. Plywood on a concrete slab. With the hydraulics still connected I pull forward a bit, then lower the whole thing flat on the plywood. No jack stands. When it's time to reconnect I do the reverse: Hook up hydraulics, use the stabilizers (and boom if necessary) to lift into position. Drive under, lower and pin. Bob's your uncle.

I know that is the way Kubota describes the procedure and I was wondering if anyone has seen this being done in a demo anywhere, like on Youtube?

I put mine on my bxpanded.com backhoe dolly (which has wheels) and tuck it away in a corner of the garage for the winter. (I have a rear blower.). One of my late Fall rituals.
