Kubota BX1830 Front wheel shift levers

While plowing this weekend the chains on my right rear wheel came loose then grabbed the arms/levers that engage 4wd. The levers are damaged beyond repair. I need to replace both part 080 and 090 in the attached diagram. My question is the pin, part 120, something that just pulls out with pliers or can be tapped out? Also I plan to replace the o rings (part 020) while I am in there.

Any concerns or suggestions before replace these parts?

Part 120 is a drift pin or spring pin. Should be able to drive it out with an appropriate sized punch and hammer.

I have not been there, but after looking at the mechanical fitting, I would suspect the shaft is likely splined, and the pins helps to lock it on the shaft, much like a "motorcycle" gear shifter, which used a bolt to pinch the "clamshell design.
I suspect the pin can be easily removed with a punch. Be sure to replace the pin, or flare the ends upon reinstall, for a tight fit.

The shop manual at this point may very well be your best friend.

Update - As expected I was not able to get the pin out. The pieces are not splined however where the pin is located it is very difficult to get at it with a punch/hammer or pliers. I was able to get it to move 1/4" but not get it all the way out. I was able to get the tractor back into 4wd so I am able to plow now. I will take another look at it when it get warmer.
