kubota bx2200

hi, i have a kubota bx2200 new woods front end loader
and 60 inch deck, in Tracy California, (just outside
Sacremento) . It was for sale on consignment, but
the individual there has lost interest. It will be very
expensive to go get it from my home.

it was suggested by a fellow member here that i
post this here with the conditions and hope for
response.

the tractor has 400 hrs on it, the loader has never
been used, there has been no mechanical issues
with it, but the owner of the residence there says
it will not start. and he will make on attempt to
do anything,

any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Hi Glenn,

Don't be surprised if no one responds to your post--it reads too much like most of the scammers selling tractors remotely.

If this is legit, I'd contact one of the farm equipment dealers in Tracy (I know there are several) or the local Bota dealer who sold you the unit if he is in the area. Make him a deal to sell it so he can make MORE than he would on selling one of his units.

They should also be able to haul it in to put a new battery in it/fix whatever is wrong, if anything. You will likely still come out money ahead than if you have to take time to go sell it yourself.

My guess is you will take a bath on this thing as much as you'd need to discount it to sell like it is and where you are. The other option is to pay to have it shipped to you. You could either keep it that way, or sell it yourself there and probably come out the same.

actually im the scammed at this point,
what you said is well taken, and true.

i suppose i wish that someone on the west
coast would be looking for a 22 and it would
work out well for us all.
