I bought a BX2660 a few weeks ago and now have 16 hours on it. I've been using it to help me fill in an old swimming pool, via the FEL and rear blade. I also mow via a MMM (54") about 1.5 acres.
I have a gravel driveway, about 1/4 mile, that routinely needs work and possibly snow removal. I've done neither of these tasks yet.
But so far, I really like the BX2660. It seems to have enough power for my limited needs.

The BXs are great little tractors.
Ask the guy who has 3 of them.

I started 4 years ago with a BX2200. I couldn't believe a tractor that small could do so much. After one year I traded it to a B7800 thinking it could do twice as much but it didn't. Three years later I traded the B7800 to a L3240. The BX would do just about as much as the B except the B has a higher ground clearance and the B could do it some what quicker than the BX. The B is actually more what I need than the L. I have 5 acres of residential hillside with some trees, rocks (lots of rocks) and gullies. I don't farm. I also traded a BX1500 this year to a BX2350 and it's a power house. I use it for mowing. I believe there are as many people that will tell you that there are tractors to big for their needs. If needs change, as with anything else in life, you may need something bigger or smaller than what you have. If you don't forsee any big changes in your near future then buy what seems to work for you. If your needs change then you can trade up or down. Kubotas will resale very well. For us "TIM THE TOOLMAN" types, we have to fight that "MORE POWER" call. I'd rather have a Subaru in the snow than a Hemi Challenger though I really want a Hemi Challenger.

Before buying the BX2660 a few weeks ago, I was seriously also looking at the B2620.
True, it can lift more, drag more, push more, etc... but I decided I didn't need "more". I'm ok with my various tasks taking longer to complete, using my sub compact tractor.
But I will be adding a skid plate before venturing into any wooded area.
