I think it is German, and called a dumper.
I just saw it on ebay and thought it was cool. I have seen similar machines just not one that was made by Kubota. I think it was a 24HP and said it could dump 2000 lbs. It is also 8 wheel drive. I told my wife it's a good thing we aren't rich or we would have stuff like this sitting around everywhere.
