Kubota G1800 diesel , oil leak.

I was given a Kubota G1800 diesel mower. This thing is a good running mower and cuts awesome. But it leaks oil from the front of motor pretty bad. I think it is the seal. How hard is it to replace seal. PLEASE help if you know what to do.
