Does anybody have a name or phone number for Kubota HQ or northeast regional HQ? Any regional phone numbers would be appreciated.

I lost my Mr. Nice Guy side today. Waiting yet another day without any information was the last straw for me. I'm going to raise **** every single day until my front hydraulics, which I paid for many weeks ago, my tool box, and rear work lights are installed. I can't tell you how tired I am of calling my STUPID dealer and asking for status. I honestly used to think that they were a good dealer. I now believe they are incapable of selling machinery of this size. They sould be relegated to selling MTD lawn mowers. I'm done dealing with my "salesman". I'm going direct to the owner and now doing everything I can to contact Kubota directly. I bet they haven't even engineered the attachment yet. They just lie to the customers and tell them they have what they want, when in reality it doesn't even exist. I've gotten to the point where I'm thinking about contacting my attorney to find out if I can have the machine shipped back to the dealer for breach of contract.

If you can't tell, I'm a bit upset with this foolishness /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Jim,

This may be a place to start:

Kubota Contacts

After dealing with my local Kubota dealer the decision to buy a used tractor was an easy one to make. Sorry to hear about your problems.

Gary.

Rat,

The problem is that I paid for these things weeks ago. They should have come on the tractor from the factory. Maybe it's just more lies from Kubota dealers and the corporation in general. They've gotten too popular for their own good. It's a shame.

Really, from the factory. It would be unusual for those to come from the factory. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Jim
This will not help you much on Saturday. But it will Monday. Look on the back of your owners manual. There is a complete listing of all Kubota's area offices.

Third valves and other extras are put on at the dealers. I know of no third valve option that is factory installed, although anything can happen... What I asked on my machine, (such as a third valve) the dealer installed and did one heck of a bang up job. The dealer I used has been doing this a long time and it shows., Perhaps that dealer is afraid because they never did this before...

I hope you get some satisfaction Jim.

I had to use the email section on Kubota Contacts to help get the right quick attach for my L3130, but it took them a few days to call me after I emailed.

You can call this number; they are there on Saturday morning.

It may not be Mr. Kubota himself, but it's a start.

tsieper@kubota.com helped me. My tractor had been sitting in Ohio for a while. He contacted the guy who was dragging his feet in Ohio and set it up for my dealer to drive to Ohio and pick up my tractor immediately. He wants things done right and he showed me. Hope he can help you.

Sure enough.....Thanks.

Yep, Monday AM the phone will be off the hook. I hopefully won't completely loose my cool and end up worse off. What's unfortunate is that I had a relatively good relationship with the dealer prior to this. Now once again, it shows that you have to be a total nightmare to get anything done. I can only take so much. I have a feeling they're going to wish they never sold this machine....Just thinking about it this morning is pumping up my blood pressure.
