Purchase this zero turn this spring, and enjoy the machine. It has performed flawlessly and the cut is better than any mower I have had. My wife enjoys cutting the yard, and I would like to keep her happy, so I don't have to do it. The problem is lifting the deck. she has a hard time, leg strength, lifting the deck. Is there any "deck lift assist" made for this model. Even if it is after market. I would really like to keep my lawn maiden happy.

Congrat's. Can't help you with the deck lift but just bought the same zero turn but with the 54" deck. Any chance you bought the bagger for it? Looking for pic's on how it attaches since I would have to take it apart to get the ZT into my shed. Dealer says it has a fan running off a belt. Not sure it it runs off the deck pulley or off of the engine drive shaft with an additional pulley added on.

Anyway, good luck with yours and finding a solution to lifting the deck.
