- Kubota L1500 (grey model US equivalent L175)
I recently acquired a Kubota L1500 tractor as a part of a deal for a retirement property near Pensacola, FL. I've never previously owned a tractor of any type. I have about 3 acres of grass to maintain. The only information I have on the tractor comes from what I've gleaned from the net. I've ordered a L175 manual from Amazon.com since model L175 is apparently the US "equivalent". The rear tires are about gone. They are Bridgestones with the following numbering on the sidewalls: Bridgestone 8-3/8-22 4-ply which I have now learned are 8.3x22 rice patty tires, common in Japan but not in the US. Can anyone tell me where I can obtain suitable replacements (preferrably ones more suitable to turf, but will take what I can get) without having to change wheel configurations? Will the 9.5x22 Firestone tire fit this wheel/rim? Does anyone know exactly the rim width of my wheel? Firestone's web site says their 9.5-22 tire size will fit an 8.00 inch rim width. Any and all help and other practical solutions are appreciated.
