Sounds like a grey market (japan) model. Dont buy it, you will never get service from a US kubota dealer.

The L1801 is indeed listed as a gray market tractor. You might want to go to kubota.com and click on "Product Support", scroll down and click on "Gray Market, Used Kubota Tractors" and do some reading there. There are a lot of people happy with their gray market tractors, but you should at least be aware of what you're getting.
