Kubota L245 2-wd leaking around gear shift

I have an older Kubota L245 that has just started leaking fluid around the gear shift. I read elsewhere on the internet that it could be caused by a clogged "weep hole" . I cannot locate a weep hole anywhere.... Anybody have any suggestions? PLEASE HELP....

The weep hole is located on the left rear, upper side of the transmission just below/behind the seat as you sit on the tractor
