I just bought a Kubota L295DT about 3 hours ago. It has a few small issues to address that won't be too difficult to fix, but there is one that has me puzzled. The 3 point raises and lowers OK but when you release the lever it falls back down and then of course the hitch does the same. There is no tension on the lever to keep it in place. On other tractors I have used there would be a small bolt going through the lever and then through the arc shaped guide. On that bolt there would be a spring and a couple of friction washers that would hold the lever where ever you wanted it. There is no hole or slot in the arc shaped piece for this bolt. Any ideas on what would cause this?

Correction, upon closer inspection I have realized that this tractor is not a 295 but an L355. I got a good deal but it just got better! Now if I can fix the 3 point.
