Price Check Kubota L3010D

I am a new member and new reader, so forgive me if I don't know all of the acronyms. I have an opportunity to buy a 2003 Kubota L3010D with 405 hours. Also include is a 7 ft York rake, 5 ft heavy duty landscape grader, 36 in forks and a Bradco 3265x backhoe. Standard loader bucket, I believe. Everything is in excellent condition and looks like it could go on the showroom floor. The price is 19,000. Sounds like a home run. Thoughts?

Price looks in the ballpark, especially if you need the hoe.
