Kubota L3130 stopped and won,t turn over, mid PTO light is on but I don't have one

My L3130 stopped dead today in the middle of dumping a bucket of dirt. No warning , just stopped. I have a mid PTO light lit on the intelli dash but I don't have a mid PTO. Dash also reads HST neutral. It won't allow starter to engage. Any ideas about what to look for?

Only throwing out a guess... wonder if the mid-pto (which you don't have) has a safety switch that got knock off (broke?). Did you have brush underneath the tractor when you were dumping (sticks kicking up?)

I wasn't in anything like brush recently although I have been in the past month. looked for the switch where it looks like it should be on the diagram in the manual and can't find anything. Took the control cover off for the draft and PTO which yielded nothing but a bit of grime, took the complete seat housing out and blew off the top of the rear differential and couldn't find anything there either, very frustrating.

Key stop fuse blew, should be five amps. It's what did this on my L4330 a couple months ago.

Thank You FTG-05. That appears to be the problem. I would have been terribly annoyed to pay a huge service call to have a 5 amp fuse replaced. Great Call! Thanks again.

I realize this is old and has the correct fix action.
Replace Key Stop 5 amp fuse.

Just wanted to say thank for posting this. My L3130 just did this with ~1800 hours on it.
Spent about 15 min poking around the tractor(50 mosquito bites later), I walked back to the house.

Mosquitos 1
Me 0.

Spent about 40 minutes looking through the tech manual. Nothing pointed to the HST and Mid PTO
(Which I don't have) being on.

So anyway...Thanks Guys!!

My Kubota 3130 quit yesterday and thanks to this thread it was a quick fix.

Who would of thought that a small fuse could stop my tractor dead in it's tracks.

My 4410 has done the same thing to me. No lights or anything though. Just the motor stopping dead and no power to anything. The first time it took me about 5 minutes to figure out that there was a fuse blown. Ok I don't need lights during the daytime so I stole one of those fuses. Half an hour later the same thing happened. Good thing I have two fuses for lights. I was 50 miles from home and was able to finish the job without any more problems. I put some spare fuses in the tool box but haven't had any problems since.
