Snowblower Kubota L321 snowblower

Just went out and looked at a Kubota L321 Snowblower 3PH mount ,with a friend who is interested in one . This one cuts 60" . The manual said a 17 to 30 HP tractor is needed . Hand controls for the chute rotation. What's it worth ? She is asking $600 . It does not look too worn . What would happen if it was used on a higher rated HP tractor ? My friend is going to past on it ,but I would still like to know some answers to my questions .

Maybe it is only sized for those tractors. It may work with a higher HP tractor, but may need to be modified.
