I'm fixin to buy a Kubota L3400 with the QA Bracket. Can I use most skid steer attachments with my tractor? I'm getting forks as part of the deal.

You will be able to use many skidsteer attachments with your L3400, but you have to be aware of the weight of the attachment and how it will limit your lift capacity. For example, your L3400 FEL has a lift capacity of around 1000#... if you were to try to use a skidsteer grapple that weighed 650# it wouldn't be of much use since it would only leave you around 350# of capacity to lift whatever you were trying to grapple.
Many skidsteer attachments also require additional hydraulics, and/or high flow rates that your tractor may not be capable of.
You should be fine with a lightweight set of forks, grapple, etc.

I noticed that you had the woods bh80 do you prefer the woods over the kubota?

From all the searching and reading I did on this site, I felt the Woods backhoe was better quality, and had a better track record than the Kubota hoe (dipperstick problems, etc.), so that is the one I went with. I am very pleased with the Woods... it does very good for it's size. If you have ever operated a dedicated full size backhoe you may be dissappointed in a CUT backhoe... just remember it has it's limitations. You can do about all you want to with it, but it just will just take much longer than a full size hoe.
