Kubota L3430 break pedal stuck

Was working on a hill and the pedal didn't fully release from one of the backhoe stops.
Initially I thought I had a problem with the lever, but that doesn't seem to be the case (I've had a case of "overpushing" in the past)
Quick google didn't turn up anything, and didn't really have yet time to take a look, as I had to wrap it up for the day.
It's not completely depressed, but definetely pressed about half way. Can't operate on high, and moving with difficulty on Low.
Looking for ideas before I head out later in the day.

Had to disassemble the console (with a very nice tractor savvy neighbor)
There were some bent parts from pressing too hard (pedal was flaky for a while).
It's all good (unbent and put things where they belonged)
Was able to continue trenching.
