I recently put a seal kit into the steering valve on my customer's Kubota L3540 HSTC-3. I match marked the sections, disassembled, cleaned, and carefully reassembled. When I installed the valve, and started the tractor, once the steering wheel is touched it started vibrating violently and turned the wheels to the stops. I found a manual for the tractor, but it contains no overhaul instructions for the steering valve. I disassembled and reassembled the valve using the Kubota parts diagram as a guide. When reinstalled on the tractor, same result. I was told by the Kubota dealer I deal with that there is a timing procedure for this component, but I am unable to find timing marks or instructions. Does anyone have experience and advice for this issue.
