Kubota L3800 HST Price?

Hey all! I'm new to this forum but have been doing some searching. Currently have a JD 855 w/ FEL that has served me well but I'm looking at purchasing a 2014 Kubota L3800 HST 4x4 R4 tires with LA524 FEL (quick attach bucket) with 75 hours on it (haven't actually seen it in person but looks really good from pics). I have looked at the L3301 and L3901 but don't care for the new emissions junk that they have on them. From the research I've done so far it seems if I can get this L3800 bought for $15k then that should be a good deal. Anybody else have any thoughts on the price?

BTW I do have a quote for a brand new L3301 with FEL, hydro, 4x4, R4 tires for $18,395 (no tax).

That sounds like a fair price if it is in nice shape. I have a L3700 with about 200 hours that is equipped the same as the one you are looking at.. And I wouldn't part with it for 15K

Thanks for the info. The guy at the dealer said it is "like-new" condition. I assuming that means what it says! I know the sales guy fairly well so as long as its in as good of shape as he says I plan on pulling the trigger tomorrow.

We did the same... went with the L3800 to keep it simple.

Two+ years and no issues.

My Grandpa paid 21,000 for a L3800 with 100 hours. I know that's too high, but the dealer offered a lot more trade in value than his tractor was worth so it evened out. Considering what his tractor was actually worth he probably paid a little less than your price. I paid 16,000 for a L3240 with 250 hours, that tractor is much nicer than the L3800.

Looks like I was able to get the tractor bought for 15k. Plan on picking it up next week. They were asking 18 and only had it on the lot for 3 days. I will post pics when I get it home. Thanks for the replies!:thumbsup:
