Price Check Kubota L3940HSTC

I bought a Kubota L3940HSTC with about every option on it cab, a/c, and heat, etc along with a mid mount 72 inch mowing deck and a 72 inch skid steeer quick attach front end loader less than a year ago. I've put only 34 hours on this tractor, and I've found it's not suitable for my needs. I would like to sell this machine locally by placing some ads in local publications, etc. My problem is that I have no idea how much I should ask for this machine. I don't want to price it so high I get no response from my costly ads, but I don't want to give the machine away either. I want to sell the tractor, the mowing deck, and the FEL all together. Can somebody with some good Kubota experience give me an idea how much this machine is worth. It's virtually a new machine. I hate seeing this machine not being used doing anything but gathering dust in my garage. Can somebody please give me a realistic value so I can get this machine sold quickly and purchase the piece of equipment I need to do my work? Many thanks!

I would start off by looking at tractorhouse.com for a general idea what you could ask for. Unless you need to sell it quickly and are willing to take a bigger loss I would rather price it a little high the first time I offered it for sale. I would also stress in your add that the tractor is pre tier 4 so it doesn't need any diesel exhaust fluids. Off the top of my head I think I would ask somewhere in the low $30k range. But it's hard to say exactly since every area is different when it comes to how much of a discount new Kubotas are being sold at. In New England it seams like most dealers get near retail while other areas you could get almost 20% off. You can't get too close to the price of new since new comes with a full warranty and 0% interest rate.

Many thanks crazyal. I live in Central Illinois, and I find prices for these machines are all over the map, but it's hard to get a good idea of pricing because I've found none with this few hours, this well appointed, or similar attachments. I think I'll start at $33,000 and see if I get any response. If not, I'll lower it a $1,000 at a time. I need this machine sold fast because I'm in need of a skid steer that can get in tight spots.
