What is the position of the 3pt valve while using the loader. It should be in neutral.
Maybe bad 3pt valve, but you can check all functions of the valve with a hyd gage.
neutral = no pressure
raise = pressure
valve in relief - pressure.
If the 3pt valve is blocking the hyd flow, it will affect the loader.
Remove the line from the input to the 3pt and add enough hose to feed the output of the hose into the tank. That will take the 3pt out of the circuit.
If the FEL valve return flow to the tank is blocked, loader cyl can't dump fluid.
All returns/tank ports should go to tank unimpeded.
I ask again, does your valve have PB OUT port?
That screw that you turn on the hyd block, is it all the way to the left or right, or centered. That is a selector for the hyd fluid path.
If you have the loader installed, turn the screw fully to the loader position.
