Kubota BX2200
I recently purchased a BX2200 with a LA211 loader. The two hydraulic lines that run from the loader to the tractor had pin-size holes and leaked bad enough that I replaced them. To remove them from the loader I had to dis-assemble the hydraulic manifold with all of the various lines to get to the two that I needed to removed. Needless to say, I lost a majority of all of the fluid in the loader and lines.

After I installed the new lines and re-assembled the loader I noticed that the two cylinders that raise and lower the loader were fully extended. I've tried compressing them without the loader reservoir cap on and the hose male/female part attached to reduce any line pressure. It didn't work. I'm missing something but am not sure what it is. I hope that someone can give me some guidance.

If there are any QD's in the circuit, re-set them.

Are you sure the hoses are connected correctly.

You must have moved the valve lever to get the cyl to extend.

If there is any air in the system, it will purge itself by operating the loader up and down many times until it feels right.

If the fluid is being blocked somehow, the relief should activate.
