I need to know all about the THREE WIRES on the Thermostat located in the HVAC Contoll Panel These were located on the rear of the Heat/Cool control Dial This is one of Four switches > AC> Fan Speed> Flow Direction > Thermostat These wires in question are connected to a small piece of Mica Board
