That's a pretty vague bid sheet. Just a M7060 HD 4WD. It doesn't even say new or used.
No options, tire choice, loader, or anything else.
I'm sure when delivered the city will fwd a payment in full check. Probably tax exempt.

Sounds like an under the table deal. Maybe a relative or something. Also strange there was only one bid.
I've seen a few bid advertisements in the paper and they have all been very specific. If fact, they were so specific that only one dealer could supply the item because he was the only dealer in a 500 mile radius that had it in stock as specified.
