Wanted to let fellow
MGX owners know about a problem I just had. I bought a new MGX135 this year. I love it. All maintenance was done, including the $600 50 hour service. At about 200 hours a whine developed while pulling a 14' offset disk. My dealer is awesome. They listened to the whine and came and picked up my tractor(including dropping off a loaner). Turns out a gear had missed the hardening process and failed. They took the whole thing apart, replaced everything that could have been affected by the gear. Just got it back and so far do good. I love this tractor. We do hay, but I've plowed, disked, sprayed, and mowed with it. It's always worked great. My advice is listen to your tractor, if you hear anything out of the normal get it checked out.
