Question whats the difference between the RCK60B-22BX and the RCK60B23BX mid mower deck? Will they interchange? In looking at the pics the only diff I can see is the belt covers.

The mounting for the mower rear lift is totally different & is slightly wider apart on the 23bx mower deck & the two are not interchangeable. There have been some posts in the past where someone cut & welded 23BX lift mounts to a 22BX mower deck to retrofit a tractor designed for 23BX mount. Claimed the 22BX mower was cheaper, but IMO it is not worth doing. Depends on how well equipped your shop is & how much time on your hands.

Have a BX2230 and G2160 with the decks that have the metal covers. The belt pulleys mount to a 6 bolt flange and have had no problems.
The decks with the plastic covers have a four bolt flange on the pulley and have seen several where the pulleys will loosen up an get wallered out if you do not keep up on keeping the bolts tight with loctite.
Have seen a couple decks on Craigslist in the valley over the years for sale.
