Kubota parts

Hey Gang,
I would like to find a reliable dealer that I can order parts from and know that they are shipped when told so and get the right parts. or if they are out or back ordered but at least have comunication other than a recording, who can reason with a machine? thanks ,, Paul /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

These guys are great and stand behind what they do. Let me give you two examples from my experience. I purchased a block heater from them. I learned on TBN that Kubota had a problem with a batch of heaters. I e-mail them and they researched with Kubota and sent me a new heater from a different run, paying for all postage. This was 3 months after I purchased the heater from them. I had not installed the heater yet. Another time I ordered new set of blades for the MMM. They sent me the wrong blades. I did not realize that were wrong until I went to cut the grass and noticed an area that was not cut. Again I e-mailed them and they sent me a new set of blades and told me to keep the blades that were wrong. I sold them to another TBN member, end result, free set of blades.

They read and respond to e-mail and communicate with you. How many times you deal with companies and never get a response from e-mail. Most times you get an answer within a few hours. Quick service on orders, usually here in a few days. Can I get the parts cheaper from my local dealer? NO, most times they are more expensive even with shipping cost from TN. Also my local Kubota dealer is 40 minutes away and not in a direction I go very often. Much easier to just order on line. Give them a try!
