Wondered if anyone had ideas on what Kubota might offer as the current deal expires 09/30.

With the economy the way it is, my guess is that they will extend it and maybe bump up the rebates a couple hundred ... but I could be wrong. My dealer was complaining that sales were down substantially.

I hope they keep the great financing deals going, but with this economy meltdown you have to wonder about getting a loan for anything. That diesel isn't getting any cheaper either which doesn't help matters

Of course, if the 0% deals go away, that would help the secondary market quite a bit.

DoneIT Got it right. Just bought a B3030 under the new financing program that went into effect today--0% down 0% for 42 months. Heads up though, Kobuta has just levied a "surcharge" on many, if not all of their tractors effective today and I am told that they will have a price increase Jan 1.

What is the surcharge for and how much is it costing? Sheesh.

I would say the surcharge is to finance the so called zero financing.

We've had two price increases in the last year. It has nothing to do with financing. Its because of the falling dollar and higher marterial costs, and enviromental mandates. Tractors are not getting any cheaper...
