Its just a shifting of money. The total package including financing and stuff has actually been reduced some from prior levels.

Yeah, I was ready to pull the trigger on a BX after the new year but they reduced the 0% financing program from three years to two.
I'll wait.
They may be trying to back away from finance deals slowly.. but they've offered them for so many years it will be hard to get away with it. People will just wait for a better deal.. or move to another brand.
