Kubota RTV hour meter

I bought a 2006 RTV 900 at auction last Saturday. Nice machine! While going through lubing without a manual I noticed the oil filter was dated and has the hours on it. I've found the fuses, relays, replaced light switches, etc. but where is the hour meter or where is it supposed to be. Switches by the way are all bad - starting to wonder it it could be a flood vehicle.
Thanks for the help. I have a feeling I'm going to feel pretty stupid when I get the answer!!!

Hour meter is at the top center of the instrument panel. It is rectangular in shapeI'm speaking of is located mainly in front of the passenger side of the operating station.

Thank you, It seems it has been removed and replaced with a nice almost well cut piece of black plastic. I guess the next question would be - did they all come with an hour meter, turn and/or hazard lights or were these things accessories. There are sockets for turn signal bulbs - no bulbs or switch.

You might check into this . I was offered on a couple of occasions Kubota vehicles that were used on the beaches during the gulf oil spill. I was a little scared of the corrosion possibilities from the salt water. This might be one of the vehicles. Is ther any sign of paint or metal corrosion on the underside? just a suggestion.

Flood vehicles are relativly easy to pin point,start by pulling some wire connectors apart and looking for dried mud you can never get it all out for sure. get your head or a mirror and flashlight look in places not easily seen.If it was you'll find some for sure. sounds more like someone was trying to hide the hours,these things will run for many hours if the price was right and all works wouldn't be to concerded.Yes they all did come with hour meter. best of luck, enjoy

Well he bought it without knowing the hours..No point in worrying about it now...Just do all of the maintenance and enjoy it...It'll probably run forever.

The oil filter - changed in 12/2011 has 1135hrs. on it. Right or wrong it starts and runs very well. I have been replacing switches and doing all the maintenance listed on the Messicks site. A little surface rust on the box which was used hard and has a liner. It's getting used about everyday on the farm and I expect it to last a very long time.

Glad it's going well..You have a good machine there...Enjoy....We need pictures. The TBN rule: Without pictures, it never happened..
