Well, now that I got your attention.. This is what I did today, instead of Kubota seat time. My 10yr daughter had to have her room painted so I painted this afternoon-evening. What we do for our kids:confused2: The 2nd picture is the Kubota all by her self in the garage. I had to take a picture of her so she would not feel neglected:confused2: Now Saturday Sunday I am going to our farm to finish so cutting- if I get the painting done:thumbsup: Can not complain to much the tractor is in the garage and the wifes car is in the drive way:D

What do you do to get seat time?

Hey Bull,
Cultipacker worked great- I think? What I mean is that I got all my plots in and used the cultipaker on them. Looked great- rained the next two days and everything came up perfect:D and then it didnt rain again that was 6 weeks ago. Went today, got some real seat time and the plots are gone. Everything died- with no rain and the heat they just didnt make it:mad: Now the good part is that I traded the cultipacker for a 6ft box blade.. Going to improve the design and make another one. I know people said the solid roller would not work but it worked great. It was heavy enough to break any dirt clods up... Do not know if I sent a final pic of it after painting...

You're a good dad. You can't beat time with your kids. The tractor will always be there, but your kids are grown and gone all too quickly.

I have a new L2800. I have had it three weeks and only got to mow with it once and spread some road base on the driveway.

I didn't get to go to the ranch this weekend and it is killing me. Where did you get your hitch? I need something like that.

Z55,
A friend of mine's sone was rearended and I got the reciever hitch off his chevy. Then I cut it to 24in. welded the frame wings back on but turned them upside down. Then simply welded a top linl peice on it and there you have it. Pretty cool for moving trailers around- don't have to get off the seat:thumbsup:

Agrantina, just curious where did you get the wall cabinets for your garage? Very nice.

Funny how we "offer" to get more things done around the place, when we have a nice machine to help get 'er done.

Hey-- new improved packer will be 6ft, along with a few other adjustments:thumbsup: But I like the way it worked..

SRS,
Actually I got them at Lowes- discontiuned. They were only rated at 40 lbs so I ran a piece of 1in angle under the front and hooked that to a turn buckel to support the front so they would not sag down. Seem to work great so far.. not bad for 29.99 for one 2 door- I bought all I could find, then for the other side I bought unfinished ones and painted same color and called the fatory and ordered the same handles so they almost match:thumbsup:. I did the entire garage for less then $300.00 and thats about 15 ft of cabnets on 3 walls...
