Had a chance to get the blade out today on both asphalt and gravel. I had to drop the blade down to let the squeegee touch the asphalt to get a good job. But I would have to say I got a great job. I didn't fare so well with the gravel as I didn't reset the shoes and the gravel has not frozen yet so it tore things up a little but I really expected that. Got to get rid of the gravel path to the shop next year. Problem is not with the tool it is with the job.

Good to hear. Yeah I plowed after our first snow fall last week but the ground was not frozen yet along with my gravel portion too. I know what you mean about tearing it up. I think I did more bad than good.
But it frozen this week and got to use it yesterday and today and I must say the plow works awesome!
I was a little worried that I made the mistake of getting the plow instead of the snow blower but not anymore.

on a BX2763A 60" Snow/Utility blade

I have the BX2763A on a BX1500.
Plowed 4'' of snow off of the driveway last night.
The plow and the BX1500 worked great together.
I guess I could put the BX2763A on my BX23 for more tractor for the blade but the BX1500 handled the blade and the snow so well that just hain't necessary.
Besides I like the idea of having the FEL already on the BX23 ready to go in case I need to move snow piles created by the BX1500 and BX2763A.

You can use the blade to push /move snow dirt and gravel.
Try the dirt and gravel with a blower!
