Kubota Steering BX Tractors

Everyone looking for steering issues on many of the Kubota units back to 2002. should look into Bulletin AGO21-02. (Steering Cylinder) fading steering after unit warms up.
there is no expiry on this Bulletin. I am in Canada TO. area and will have dealer change out entire unit.
Seal Kit repairing will only lead to another repair due to pitted cylinder walls. DO NOT BUY SEALS to Repair. Replace unit complete.

Do you have a copy of this you can post? Ive tried googling it, and can't find anything. Is it a recall on the steering cylinder? I have a bx1800, and my steering just started acting crazy. Sometimes, i have to turn wheel 360 just to keep it straight. Any info would be great,
