How does the govenor in the T1400H work? When I put the mower way in the fall in worked fine. When I started it this spring the engine runs full speed and does not slow down. No changes to linkage or adjustments. Since it is internal to the crankcase I am hesitant to take it apart plus I can't understand how it works. This is the Kubota GH400 engine.
