Kubota T1570 PTO clutch??

Kubota has a sale on tractors in my area and I'm considering buying the Kubota T1570 lawn tractor as well as the snowblower attachment. This machine has what's called a 'belt tension PTO clutch' as opposed to a shaft PTO. Does anyone have an opinion ie pros/cons of such a belt setup? I'd appreciate any advice on this subject. Thanks.

The belt tension system is simple, yes, you should keep a spare belt around. On units of comparable size they might use an electric clutch and a driveshaft to run the attachments and they provide a very positive drive.
