I notice that a couple of posts have asked if just shortening the drawbar would help. I only have one more adjustment left to shorten it and I will try that but again I'm probably going to get into the 3 point arms when I do that. By far it looks like I need to put a piece of 8" stove pipe in the hose to lengthen it and run it up over the tire attaching a bracket to the rops. I have changed my mind however about a rigid ring to run the hose through. It was pointed out to me that I will need some flex in the hose to allow for turning so I'm going to rig up a removeable bracket that I can use a bungee cord on to hang the hose from. It will just be a small eyelet or ring welded onto some flat stock that will bolt on the rops and can be removed quickly. I'll post a couple of photos after I get it done. Thanks to all that replied. A great thing about owning a CUT is if you get into a jam and need help its only a trip to the computer away.
