Kubota will not move

Have a 23 HP diesel tractor; plate shows it is a L2500D. Tractor is not moving or very slowly if at all. Prior it would make a screaching sound as it ran. Engine is fine. Can see the threaded spline moving in hydraulic box until tractor stops then it does not move and squealling noise sometimes occurs. any suggestions??

Brakes on? Brakes locked up?

Clutch burned out? Does squealing stop when you depress the clutch? When you let the clutch out, with the tractor in gear, what happens. You should hear it tax the engine a tad and then start moving.

I'm not sure what you mean byt the threaded spline, do you mean the pto shaft? Disengage pto and see what happens.

Sounds like you have clutch problems. The clutch disk could be down to metal and it is eating the flywheel and pressure plate up.
